TOP 5 Questions

Until what time can I order?

Orders placed on weekdays before 22:30 will be processed the same day. Orders placed during the weekend will be shipped the following Monday. 

How can I return items?

Do you want to return shoes? Does the return meet our return conditions? Then you can register your return within 14 days via our return portal.


You can easily start a return request by filling in the order number and the email address with which the original order was placed.


In the portal you can indicate which item you want to return, supplemented with a return reason. Once all steps have been completed, you will receive a return label from the carrier of your choice. 

I have a complaint about a shoe, where can I go?

We take the utmost care in carefully designing and making our shoes. Unfortunately, it may sometimes happen that you are not completely satisfied with the product. 


If you bought the shoes in a store and a complaint arises, the store in question is responsible for providing the warranty and in what form. REHAB cannot make any statements about this. 


Did you buy the shoes in the REHAB online store? Then contact our customer service. We are happy to help you! 

What is the status of my order?

If you have a REHAB account, you can find the order status under 'Orders'. In the order confirmation, you can also find a link to the status page of your order. If you do not have an account yet, you can also contact our customer service. 

What are your shipping costs?

Within the Netherlands, shipping is free for orders over 50 EUR. Below that, we charge 4.95 EUR shipping costs.


For Belgium, shipping is free for orders over 50 EUR. Below that, we charge 6.95 EUR shipping costs.


Shipping to other EU countries costs 6.95 EUR.

Shipping to the US and Australia costs 24.95 EUR. 

Order

I want to order a shoe that is no longer in stock, will it still arrive?

Some sizes and models may sell out faster than usual. Check regularly to see if the item is in stock. We regularly replenish stock throughout the season. Would you like a quicker answer? Please contact our customer service. 

I recently ordered a product that is currently on sale. What now?

If you have placed an order up to 2 weeks before the start of a sale period, you can send a request to onlinestore@rehabfootwear.com for a refund of the difference.

What is the status of my order?

If you have a REHAB account, you can find the order status under 'Orders'. If you don't have an account yet, you can also contact our customer service. 

I haven't received an order confirmation yet, what's going on?

If an order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email within 5 minutes. If you have not received an order confirmation, please check your SPAM folder first. Our customer service will be happy to help you resend the order confirmation. 

Can I cancel my order?

Orders via our webshop are automatically sent by our logistics partner. Therefore, orders cannot be cancelled.

Payment

What payment methods do you offer?

You can pay with us using iDEAL, Klarna, Mastercard, VISA, Paypal, Bancontact, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Do you also offer post-payment?

We offer Klarna as a Buy now Pay later method.


I haven't received a refund yet, how is that possible?

Did you receive an email from us about a refund? Then the refund will be processed within 1-3 business days. Does it take longer than 3 business days? Then contact our customer service. 

Shipping & Returning

Which carrier will my shipment be sent with?

We ship our packages in the Netherlands and Belgium with PostNL. Other shipments within the EU are sent with DHL. Shipments to the US and Australia are sent with UPS. 

What are your delivery times?

Orders placed on workdays before 22:30 will be processed and offered to the carrier the same day. During SALE or with large orders it may take a little longer.

What are your shipping costs?

Within the Netherlands, shipping is free for orders over 50 EUR. Below that amount, we charge 4.95 EUR shipping costs. 


For Belgium, shipping is free for orders over 50 EUR. Below that amount, we charge 6.95 EUR shipping costs.

How many days' reflection period do I have?

You have a 14-day inspection period with us. If you want to return items within this period, this is free of charge. Items from orders older than 14 days will be refused.Returnings outside NL & BE are at own expence.

Can I choose to exchange it?

Exchanges are done with us via a new order. In the return portal you can choose a refund as a coupon. You can then use this with a new order.

Can I return items after 14 days?

No, we have a 14 day policy. Items outside of this period will be refused.

Can I return used shoes?

Of course it is possible to try on shoes. Do this indoors in a clean environment. Once the shoes have been worn outside, it is no longer possible to exchange them. If you do return your shoes, we reserve the right to refuse the return or to charge costs. 

What are the return costs?

Returns are free with us within 14 days. Returnings outside NL & BE are at own expence.

My return has been received by you, but has not yet been processed.

In principle, returns are processed within 1 week after receipt by our logistics partner. If it takes longer, please contact our customer service. 

What are your return policies?

You can return products to us for free up to 14 days after purchase. Please note that products must be returned unused, clean and in their original packaging. Returns must be registered via our returns portal. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused by us or additional costs may be charged by us.

Which size should I order?

Onze modellen zijn maatvast en vallen normaal qua maat. Indien een schoen iets anders valt qua maat zetten we dit in de omschrijving bij het product. 

Do you also have large sizes?

De meeste schoenen laten wij maken tot en met 47. Sommige modellen laten wij maken tot en met maat 50. Klik hier voor een actueel overzicht van schoenen in de maten 47 tot en met 50

Can you provide more product information?

We proberen de informatie bij onze producten zo volledig mogelijk te tonen.Ben je op zoek naar extra informatie? Neem dan gerust contact op met onze klantenservice. 

The product I want to order is out of stock. What now?

Het kan gebeuren dat een model of maat snel uitverkocht is. We vullen de voorraad regelmatig aan in het seizoen. Kom dus regelmatig terug of neem contact op met onze klantenservice voor een snel antwoord. 

When will the new collection arrive?

Wij brengen ten minste 2 keer per jaar een nieuwe collectie uit. Rond januari / februari komt de zomercollectie en in augustus de wintercollectie. Wil je niks missen? Schrijf je dan in voor de nieuwsbrief. 

I am looking for a specific (old) model, can you help?

Ben je op zoek naar een specifiek model en kun je deze niet meer in onze webshop vinden? Neem gerust contact op met onze klantenservice. Wij kijken graag met je mee of dit model nog ergens te verkrijgen is bij één van onze klanten.

Complaints & Warranty

What warranty do I have on my shoes?

Wij besteden de grootste zorg aan het zorgvuldig ontwerpen en maken van onze schoenen. Het kan helaas wel eens voorkomen dat je toch niet helemaal tevreden bent over het product. Neem in alle gevallen contact op met onze klantenservice. 

I bought REHAB shoes in the store and have a complaint.

Indien je onze schoenen in een winkel gekocht hebt en er onstaat een klacht, neem dan contact op met de desbetreffende winkel. Zij zijn in dit geval als verkopende partij het aanspreekpunt. 

I have a general complaint, where can I go?

Heb je een algemene klacht over bijvoorbeeld onze wesbhop, dienstverlening of advertenties? Neem gerust contact op met onze klantenservice.
